We want you to know exactly what the day involves before you book. If anything below does not answer your question, ask us and we will give you a straight answer — and where possible, adjust the route.

Surfaces and terrain

Old Town lanes are narrow, partly uneven, and occasionally stepped. Seafront and market routes are mostly flat but busy. Each experience page states its terrain level: mostly flat, some walking, uneven ground, or flexible for custom days.

Pace and rest points

Our walks are gentle. We stop often — for shade, for stories, for photographs, and because there is no prize for finishing early. Tell us if you would like a slower pace or more frequent seating.

Steps, shade and water

Some buildings and lanes involve short flights of steps. Routes are planned around shade where possible, and we carry water. If steps or heat are a concern, say so when booking and we will plan around them.

Hearing, vision and language

Experiences are conducted in English. Tell us in advance if you would prefer written summaries, a larger-print itinerary, or a slower speaking pace. We will do our best; if we cannot meet a need, we will say so before you pay.

Bookings and support

If the online form is difficult to use, contact us and we will take the booking details by email or WhatsApp and complete the booking with you. WhatsApp is for contact only; payment still happens through the secure booking link.
