Cancellation policy

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the experience. Between 48 and 72 hours before, 50% of the price is refunded. Within 48 hours of the start, no refund is due.

What this means in practice

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the start time: full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancel between 48 and 72 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before the start time: no refund.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the experience. After that, rescheduling is at the guide's discretion and may be refused.

How cancellations work

You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks and mobile money providers typically take a few working days to show the credit.

If we cancel

If an experience cannot go ahead — unsafe conditions, a guide emergency, or any reason within our control — you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, at your choice.
